Millennium Plaza goes Retro!

AIM listed property investment company, Hawtin PLC, has let 25,023 sq ft in three units at Millennium Plaza, one of the top leisure destinations in central Cardiff. The lettings are to two related companies Retro Live Limited and Retro Club, both of which have taken 15-year leases.

Retro Live has taken Units 1 & 5 on the ground and first floor, to trade as the Millennium Music Hall - an 810 capacity live music, conference and event venue.

Retro Club will occupy the basement level Unit 8 and will trade as The Code, a nightclub providing a premier dance venue in the heart of the Welsh capital. Hawtin is in discussions with a number of potential operators to take the 4 remaining units at the scheme, which already includes a Vue Cinema.
