Resignation of Anthony Wardle as Director of Hawtin PLC (the “Company”)


Mr Anthony Wardle has today tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of Hawin PLC due to growing demands on his time from other business interests. The Board thanks Mr Wardle for his service to the Company as a Director and wishes him well in his other ventures.
