Resignation of William Tebbit as Director of Hawtin PLC (the “Company”)
At the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Mr William Tebbit stood down as Non-Executive Director of Hawin PLC due to growing demands on his time from other business interests. The Board thanked Mr Tebbit for his service to the Company as a Director and wished him well in his other ventures.
